Carnivale

This past weekend I had the great pleasure to dine with friends of mine at Carnivale in Chicago. From the moment you step into the exotic and authentic Latin restaurant, you immediately feel immersed by the Latin culture and cant help but to want to try one of everything on the menu. From their Mixto Ceviche to their to their unique beverages, Carnivale will definitely leave you wanting more. Here are some of the things we ordered, all of which were DELICIOUS! 

Braised Short Rib on a sweet cornbread with spiced cashews and carrots

Ropa Vieja ( Sweet plantains, Braised Beef, Spicy Mayo, Queso Fresco)

Churrasco (Nicaraguan style wood grilled beef tenderloin, Malanga goat cheese puree,
arugula chimichurri, spicy beet salsa
