While in Amsterdam I immediately fell in love with the vintage retro feel of the city. It's small, cute, and quaint and the people compliment the beauty of the city with their own unique look. I don't know if it was all the bicycles or the slanted row buildings but when in Amsterdam, I felt as though I was in a different land, a fantasy land. All the shops are calmly cool and the people are as friendly as can be, and the fact that they all speak English is a definite plus. Needless to say I have added Amsterdam to the list of places I want to live !
