The setting outside Bartolotta at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas is a scene in a fairy tale. All the tables are in cabanas that are situated around a coy fish pond with white furniture and a garden that made me feel as if I was in Alice and Wonderland. The head chef and owner came out and explained to us his history and the motivation behind his restaurant, which was an epic part of the enchanting meal. Known for their Mediterranean fish, all the dishes I ordered were as fresh as can be and were all el dente. The atmosphere and setting definitely was the highlight of the meal, and the company I was with made it as spectacular as possible.
