Noodle lunch at Chef Takashi Yagihashi's new more laid back restaurant The Slurping Turtle in Chicago's River North neighborhood. The portions were huge and the ingredients were super fresh. The amount of flavor packed into the bowl of noodles left me slurping and twirling my spoon and was the perfect meal for a not so mild day.
