Chicken Hummus

I absolutely love arab food. It took me a while to get used to the texture of things like Baba ganoush, Hummus, and tahini but eventually grew to love the flavor AND texture of them all. When I was introduced to Chicken Hummus it was like heaven on a plate. See and admire picture above.
