Look at this absolutely delicious sandwich I concocted at The Picnic Basket the other day. On toasted french bread I spread some Feisty Feta spread on one side and a touch of chipotle mayo on the other side of bread and then put some crisp romaine lettuce, fresh tomato, a juicy tender chicken breast with melted pepperjack all toped with some fresh Pico de Gallo and spicy jalepenos. It was the most flavorful sandwich I would have to say I ever made, and with a side of potato chips made for a perfect lunch.
