Recently I had the great pleasure to attend the National Restaurant Show in Chicago. Packed full of food, samples, freebies I certainly felt like a kid in a candy store. We scored so much free food we made an entire homemade Italian feast with all the items we got. We made fresh bruschetta, homemade tomato pasta sauce, and chicken parmigiana all which tasted delicious and full of flavor.
