Blue cheese burgers with wild arugula and caramelized onions paired with garlic truffle fries is a perfect meal to kick off the weekend. To make the delicious meal pictured above this is what you will need:

Burgers: Ground Beef, Worcester sauce, Pretzel buns, Arugula, Blue Cheese, Onions, 1 egg, Canola Oil, salt & pepper

Crack an egg and mix in with the ground beef, this will make the burgers extra juicy and tender. Grill the burgers to your liking and top with blue cheese, wild arugula, and caramelized onions.

Garlic Truffle Fries: Minced garlic, potatoes, coconut oil, white truffle oil, salt

Cut the potatoes evenly and let soak in ice water for at least 30 minutes. Once they are ready to fry place coconut oil in frying pan and place potatoes in once the pan is heated. Fry to your liking and place on a paper towel lined plate to take away the unnecessary grease. Mix french fries with minced garlic then drizzle lightly with white truffle oil.
