Offering southern staples such as po'boys, fried oysters, and pork belly po'boys as well as crab tostadas, foie gras and duck fat fries this goes far beyond any deep fried fans dreams. The place is bumpin' reggae music and the wide variety of sauces and condiments on the picnic style tables all add to the vibrant island feel. I got the soft shell crab po'boy which was absolutely phenomenal while my friend had the pork belly po'boy. The truffle fries were delicious and full of truffle flavor.
