I picked up a sandwich from Pastrol the other day and was quite impressed. If there is one food I am picky about it's sandwiches. Not just any sandwich will meet my standards, and the fact that Jimmy Johns refers to their sandwiches as Gourmet is just pitiful. The sandwich pictured above is what I would call a Gourmet sandwich. On crusty french artisan bread, with smoked turkey, field greens, granny smith apples, Fromager D'Affinois cheese, and I added a fig chutney. It was a deliciously gourmet sandwich although the portion of turkey was really lacking.
