I did some research on Peru while enjoying a Milanesa Torta at XOCO. The Milanesa is cripsy gunthrop chicken, black beans, artisan jack cheese, pickled jalepenos, and tomatillo avocado salsa all on cooked on the griddle. It was good, but I prefer their torta's from the wood-burning oven.
