When Spring time is trying to shine through there is nothing more satisfying then some encased sausages. Since I went on a Friday, I was able to indulge in some Duck Fat Fries. Pictured here are the alligator sausage, rattlesnake, and chicken sausage with cheddar cheese stuffed peppers. Only in Chicago can you find such a uniquely delicious sausage shop like Hot Dougs.
