One of my favorite parts about traveling the globe is getting to sample the street food. Street food is the type of fare that truly defines a country or culture. Here I dined on Anticuchos which are beef hearts served on a sugar cane stick. I paid 2 soles for it, and ate it around the grill while talking to other locals and travelers. You can never truly explore a countries food culture until trying food from a street stand.
