The Food Porn Daily CookBook has yet to let me down. Last night my mom and I decided to try the recipe: Tarragon Macadamia Crab Cakes with mango micro green salad and Tarragon Aioli, and we definitely cooked up a success. It really wasn't a hard dish to make, the hardest thing was probably making the Aioli which turned out to be delicious. The crab cakes were seared perfectly and the texture of the Macadamia nuts and the flavor of the mango combined with the crab cakes made for a perfect combination.
