One of my favorite things about Summertime is all the fresh fruit! Berries, apricots, plums and peaches are just some of my favorites. Look at this delicious fruit salad I made for dessert, it included Mangos, Peaches, Nectarines, Raspberries, Kiwi and Apples. The bright and luscious colors of the fruits are so eye catching and the flavors are like paradise in your mouth! Ahhh a cruel Summer it is not!
