Dinner in Puno




Dinner in Puno was very fufilling and all from fresh and local ingredients. We had freshly caught Kingfish from Lake Titicaca that was fileted in a honey seasame sauce served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Puno grows the best and biggest variety of potatoes in all of Peru. The ceviche was trout and the chunks of fish are so much larger than ceviche dishes here in America.
