Peruvian Dishes: Lomo Saltado

Lomo Saltado, pictured here and eaten in the delicious and the ever so perfect atmosphere of Inka Grill in Cusco City, Peru is a staple dish throughout the country. Lomo Saltado is a peruvian dish that consists of strips of beef sirloin in vinegar and soy sauce and spices then stir fried with red and green onions, parsley and tomato. Here it was served with fresh french fries and rice. A very typical peruvian dish that you can find anywhere in the colorful country of Peru that has obvious asian influence.
