Grilled Supper Series: Salmon Dogs with Grilled Gojuchang Ratatouille
May I present to you, the first of many, the grilled supper series. A special feature dedicated to a homemade dinner, cooked utilizing the grill with fresh and flavorful ingredients being the basis.
What we made here were grilled salmon hot dogs with a charred cucumber, red onion and scallion gojuchang ratatouille with toasted seaweed and sesame seeds. The salmon dogs were charred and crisp on the outside, yet remained soft and juicy on the inside. The gojuchang ratatouille provided a slaw on the dog that gave it a crunchy texture and added in additional spice and flavor. The crispy dog, crunchy slaw, and soft bun all came cohesively together to create a winning and delicious dish!
