MCA in October
Finally got to the MCA last week to indulge myself in some of the new exhibits. The one that I really wanted to explore was the Daniel Clowes exhibit and it definitely did not disappoint. With a whole big room packed full of his creations it felt as though you were in a comic rather than just reading them. Another highlight was that I got to see my first Barbara Kruger piece in real life, something which also did not disappoint.
If your an Illinois resident, make sure to go on Tuesdays as it is free and open until 8 PM, making it accessible to us 9 to 5ers. If you haven't had the pleasure of getting to the Daniel Clowes exhibit, you better hurry up, it's there until October 13th.
