Desert Meals..

Here is a photo of my meal when camping in The White Desert. Our tour guides made all the food, all home made! I watched them peel the potatoes and onions, boil the rice, and cook the chicken over a freshly started campfire. Camping in the desert was by far one of the most rugged experiences of my life, but this meal was also one of the best meals of my life. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the potatoes were peppered just right and full of flavor, and the rice was cooked just right. Simplicity at its finest.
