In my personal opinion there is one Chicago Steakhouse that is above the rest, and that place is Gibsons Steakhouse. With an authentic Chicago feel that sends you back to the days of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack, Gibsons is a true Chicago staple for steaks and seafood. This time me and my date decided to splurge and go with the Surf n Turf, half filet and half New York strip steak paired with the "medium" sized lobster. Truly a meal fit for a queen.
