While staying in the quaint and picturesque town of Ollantaytambo, my mom and I stayed in the most adorable and cozy Bed&Breakfast. With fresh breakfast in the morning right before I departed on my journey to Machu Picchu I indulged in fresh banana pancakes, fresh squeezed pineapple juice, Cafe au Lait, and of course Mate de Coca. A fresh and filling breakfast to start my day.
