Have you ever tried Duck Fat Fries? If you have, then you know that after you eat them, every other normal fry you eat just isn't going to match up. Duck fat fries are packed full of flavor and are cooked to a crispy crisp which is exactly how I like my fries. I ventured out to Forest Park last week at made a pitstop at DuckFat Tavern and Grill to get my grub on. I ordered the DuckFat Burger which came with brie cheese, and sizzled onions, on a pretzel roll along side duck fat fries of course. The burger was good but the fries were even better and they came with 3 unique and flavorful dipping sauces. I definitely enjoyed my meal at this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone ever in the Forest Park area.
